MIX FOR VEGETARIAN HEMP BURGERS
with organic hemp seeds and hemp flour
4–5 LARGE VEGETARIAN BURGERS – QUICK & EASY PREPARATION

Empty the contents of the packet into a bowl.
Add 250 ml of boiling water, salt to taste, and a little olive oil.
Mix well and let the mixture rest for 10 minutes, covered with a towel.
Shape 6 large, even burgers and place them in a pan or in the oven / air fryer.
Pan-fry in hot oil for 1–2 minutes on each side or
Bake for 14–16 minutes in the oven / air fryer
(add 1 tablespoon of olive oil when baking in the oven / air fryer).
Chickpea flour, oats, rice flour, hemp flour, sun-dried tomato, onion, carrot, hemp seeds, sweet paprika, garlic, oregano, mint*.
* All ingredients are from organic, regenerative farming.
